RE:
Play downs
Thank you all for participating in the District Four
Play downs, I’d like to wish you all good luck to your teams and players.
Just a few notes for you regarding play downs this season.
- I have your rosters and most all of you will be
signing the rosters right at the site so please be there 45 minutes before
the games to do this.
- My staff will be on sight to help you and answer any
questions for you. If there are any problems have the Director contact me.
The Director on duty will guide everyone through the process. Please keep
in mind the games are all Semi finals and there will be no tie games. I
have also instructed my staff not to take any verbal abuse from any coach
or parent, if this happens they will be asked to leave the rink. ZERO
TOLERANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Each team has to pay a $15.00 application fee, and I
will have them available at the site if you have not done one yet. The
games are $200.00 per team, per game. Please pay prior to the game to one
of my Directors.
- Keep in mind if you put your team in the play downs
and you don’t show, your Program will be billed the entire amount and a
$100.00 fine for a no show. Also if you put your team in the tournament
and you make a State or National Bound Tournament and you refuse to go
your program will assessed the Tournament fee and a $200.00 fine. Many of
your programs have suffered this loss and hopefully it will not happen
again.
- Attached please find a copy of the games for October
13th, Columbus Day; we are operating out of Asiaf in Brockton,
Alexio in Taunton, and Armstrong in Plymouth. Games
run form 6:30 am to 4:00 pm and you could be playing 1-2 games depending
on how many teams there are in each level.
Regards,
Gloria Heerman
